This retreat is all about disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life so that you can reconnect with your truth, your authenticity, your best self. If you’re looking to release congestion in the mind and body, this week is for you. Expect adventure, yoga, relaxation, meditation, journaling, a New Moon ceremony and so so much more. This retreat is the perfect way to cleanse and reconnect with your purpose and passion. Realigning with and rediscovering what you hold to be sacred and true. A time and place to clear your head, so that your mind has a clear workspace to help complete any ideas or projects you’ve been working on. A place to nourish your body and soul so that it can ELEVATE.

Experience 8 days and 7 nights in beautiful Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica at OM at Cashew Hill.

This lush jungle oasis is tucked behind the small lively town, it has gorgeous views and has a great “one with nature feel”, but still is only a short walking distance from town and the beautiful beaches.

Are you feeling uninspired? Tired? Have the winter blues? This retreat is the perfect way to cleanse and reconnect with your purpose and passion. Realigning with and rediscovering what you hold to be sacred and true. A time and place to clear your head, so that your mind has a clear workspace to help complete any ideas or projects you’ve been working on. A place to nourish your body and soul so that it can ELEVATE.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Wake up slow in the lush jungle to the sound of howler monkeys, starting the day with a fresh farm to table breakfast, grown right onsite! Following breakfast is a morning practice to get the body moving in the Maha Shala, a breathtaking yoga shala with ocean views. Directly after practice we will have a guided meditation followed by journaling time. After arising to the practice of diving deep into your mind, body and spirit, the rest of the morning and afternoon is for you; take a walk  downtown, visit the beautiful  beaches,  explore the onsite permaculture project where your food is grown, take a dip or relax by the pool, lounge in a hammock, participate in a optional organized group activity, or rent a bike and explore the area! Lunch will be available at Om from 12-1. After a day of relaxing and exploring we will meet as a community back at the Maha Shala where we will have a evening practice as the sun begins to set, lighting up the sky in shades of blues and pinks, followed by another guided meditation and journal time. Delicious dinner to follow, leaving the rest of the evening for you, to connect with community or relax and unwind.

4:30 – 6 pm Evening Practice
